Xanadu Isle is a very quiet, tranquil sim, on a class 5 server, the sim only consists of 4 plots. The land is fully terraformable, and you will have access to all the surrounding waterways. The plot for lease is a 10528 sq. m plot, and has 873 prims, the plot comes complete with Cozy Cottage, The Cozy Beach House, which can be furnished if required. The cost of this plot is L$1999 per week. The plot is also available without the house, for the cost of L$1899 per week.
