Due to rl conflicts we are no longer able to keep our sims up and running. Torvic Pass (Class 5, purchased end of April this year) and Torvic Inlet (Opensim) are both for sale for $1000 , full ownership transfer. Tier is due on 3rd, seller to pay transfer fees. Name of both to be changed as group will not be sold or changed, will also pay fee for name change if applicable. Transaction to be done through the Linden land sale process.
