Duke has several super nice plots of land available for rent on Dubbs Tropical island. Duke weekly rates are a very good deal, and on top of those he gives a 10% discount on rentals if you pay more then 4 weeks at time!!. And Duke never will raise your rent as long as you stay a tenant in good standing. Dubbs Tropical island is really a lovely place. Just check out the sunrise or sunset and you will see for yourself.
