Hey there!
We'll finally be getting our own sim very soon, so we need to try and get rid of this land by the 4th (since thats the day we're being billed). We'll have to collect our sim this month also. So in turn, we picked up our clothing shop and skin store, and set nearly all of it for sale tonight. Most of the land is around 8L sq/m at the moment, we're also taking offers. We need to get rid of this land as soon as possible.
It's got a linden owned road running though it. It's class 5, of course. Theres NO lag at all. It used to be home to a great community of post apocalyptic builders and shops. It was home to Bruiser's Skins, Clobber and Homicide Designs. The sim, while still mainland, has been known to house some good post apoc builds, grunge themes, and lots of fun times.
