Open up your map and type in "Chelonia" then tp there to read the covenant.
This is 1/2 of a Class 5 sim renting for 64K a month. The current buy price is set to the pro-rated cost for rent to the end of month so if you use "buy" you just paid rent until the 1st.
No up-front costs or buy in, just monthly rent. Read the Covenant!

Right now the buy price is 36K which is rent until the 1st, then it's 64K on the 1st every month. Read the Covenant, Enjoy!

Also still available a Full Class 5 sim for 125K a month. "Turtle"
Both are set for pro-rated rent to the end of the month as the current buy price. If you buy with the buy option you are paying this month's pro rated rent which is 108K and 57K currently for the full and half sim. The buy prices will be set lower as the month concludes to match a pro-rated rent amount until they rent.

This is 1/2 of a full prim class 5 Sim for rent at 64,000 $L a month. Read the covenant! No buy in price, just rent. Telaport to the sim named "Turtle" and take a look. All my objects can/will be returned when it's rented (there is a temporary waterfall store there now).
(I can do 3/4 of a sim right now as well if requested)
