The Tier fees at the "Veerse Meer" sim have been corrected and reduced by 20%!
Waterfront plots are still available, beautifully terraformed around a lake for your living and sailing pleasure. Boats are available to sail your visitors around the sim.
The plotsizes ranges from 1024 to 5120 m2. Each plot will have EXTRA PRIMS (1,3 times the amount of default prims).
A small central area with a few shops is available for common leisure.
Zoned residential only at an average price of L$9,50 per m2 and US$0.008 monthly tier per m2. No Premium Account is required.
