City of London sim.
Tier of 1850L$ per week tier- 16 384 sqm and 749 prims.
Additional prims available up to 15000 at a cost of only 3.5L$ per prim per week tier.
Requirements: You have to create a London neighbourhood using prims acording to the following schedule, otherwise you are charged PAY AS YOU BUILD rates (2850L$ per week and Additional prims at 3.9L$ per prim per week):
End of week 1, you have to use more than 749 prims
End of week 3, you have to use more than 5000 prims
End of week 5, you have to use more than 5000 prims
End of week 7, you have to use more than 9000 prims
End of week 9, you have to use more than 11000 prims
After end of week 10, you have to use more than 11000 prims anytime
Concurrent Avatar Limit according to prim count defined by Linden Lab.
Buy land and you are paying your first week tier. From second week onwards tier payments are through rental box or Paypal. Minimum payment of 2 weeks.
Full manager rights.
Landscaping allowed in each parcel. As land owner you decide the type of buildings you will place in your land and keep your Intellectual Property rights safe and even sell them with plots of land. London buildings are encouraged.
Class 5 servers.
You do not need to have a premium account to own land. No additional hidden charges.
