I have one 4098 sqm plot with 937 prims/each for sale on Grand Cayman.
Selling it for 8000L$ and tier is 1762L$ per week. The plot is a waterfront parcels with protected view and usually cost 24.000L$ and more.

Sim is owned by Fantasyland who owns over 200 sims in SL. I been with them for a long time now and they are very good sim owners. Tiers can be bayed via paypal, CC or in-world with L$ on the tier terminals.
