We are NOT searching all over SL for land because we HAVE land already. If ya got what we want, then talk to me. We are VERY GOOD, dependable, reliable renters who do NOT like to bounce from sim to sim and we are OVER a year old. The following is what we want:
TWO Homestead/OS sims ~ 3750 prim EACH.
Sims MUST be NEXT to each other but NOT connected to other land.
We MUST have manager/estate rights to sim.
NO Covenant.
You MUST speak ENGLISH.
We are willing to pay tier in Lindens or Paypal.
No we will NOT pay your Paypal fee OR for your advertising.
We KNOW how much the REAL price of these type of sims and KNOW that the price goes up in June. We are NOT willing to pay a crazy price OVER that amount but WILLING to pay a little more than the REAL LL price!
