The only reason I am selling it, is real life money constraints, I enjoyed it very much. The way it is teraformed is meant for privacy, large hills, great grass texture, though because of this reason there is no terraform.
There is a lot of privacy, I rarely see neighbors, no trouble with random people popping in, and rezzing prims.
I paid 15k to purchase this land, and so I took off 5K for a deal
