Clearwater, the original since 2006 is currently for sale. Full Sim, with full transfer through the Lindens. There are residents on there that have been there for a very long time (1.5 years and up). The current asking price is $1300 which includes the $100 Linden Transfer Fee and can be paid via Pay Pal or can be paid to me via SL in Lindens which is 340,000.
The tier monthly is $195.00 and is due on the 6th of every month.
