We have rooms in the tavern as well as land and houses for rent.
Tavern rooms rent for L$100 for 50 prims. As this is a shared environment you won't be able to set media settings or anything funky but it's ideal for those who want a small room.

If you're looking for something a bit bigger we have 4096M plots, with or without homes outside the city walls, without a home you get 940 prims, with a home you get 690 prims but if you like a plot with a home on it but don't like our homes then you can replace them with your own and obviously the prim limit will be dependent upon your building.
These plots can be used for residential or commercial use (absolutely NO CLUBS).
