Once this snow sim parcel is rented, it may be quite a while before any other parcels are rented. Snow sim parcels are a distinct minority on the grid.

Berg is suitable for all forms of development, including clubs, malls, apartment complexes, condominiums and residences. Limited terraforming is allowed per the sim's Land Covenants.
