Purple Sim Going up for Sale on February 5th
Purple sim, one of the original +40/-40 mainland color sims, will be going up for sale on February 5th 2010. I have 55552 sq. meters, that’s all the land that isn’t Linden Lab maintenance land or controlled by the Great Linden Rail Road. Purple is unique; not only because it’s both mature and fully terraformable, but also because its the final stop on the GLRR and connects with the first working ferry, which crosses the 3 protected, open water Linden sims to the North of Purple. There is also waterfront on the Southern and Western Border, and Periwinkle sim, to the East, is breathtakingly landscaped. Traffic in Purple is high, but for business that’s ideal, and there are infohubs and telehubs in nearby sims.
Due to the high value of this land I have been unable to determine an exact asking price, I will be taking BIDS immediately but for the sake of my renters, I will not go through with any sales transactions till February 5th, so that they have time to find new digs. Remember, whatever you bid, this is mainland, so tier is based on the total amount of mainland you own, and is payable to Linden Labs along with your premium account membership each month.
