Renting is also posible at 25960 L$ per month or 6060 L$ per week.
Having your own name on rent is possible too for fee of 13850 L$, this is the fee LL asks for renaming a sim, however this is completely optional.
In all cases you are in controll, set the sun the way you like, construct the convonant, turn off scripts and physics, limit sim access to the group of your choice etc etc.
