We have been moving some residents around and this 1/4 sim has become available on our Class 5 Sim Albany.
The land itself is very pretty. It is flat and green with wildflowers and is surrounded by water. If you want to place your home here you can't go wrong.
You could also place your business on this very same sim!
The next parcel over is a high traffic weapons store, and has a traffic count of 28,074. Now if you have been paying attention you are probably thinking that Lizard has gone crazy! How can a 1/4 sim next to a high traffic weapons store be a nice place for a home? And how can we place our business in the very same 1/4 sim?
The answer is this - the Covenant on this sim allows Commercial use, but only ABOVE 300m!
That way the sim always looks nice, and you can have your home and business in the same sim. Talk about an easy commute!
