For those interested in renting 4096 plots of beach front land, to build or place your dream home, you owe it to yourself to do a search for 'Silent Paradise'! As of right now there are five available beach front properties, all are roughly 4096 plots, allowing either 937 prims $2000L's a week, or 933 prims for $1990L's a week, on a privately owned class 5 SIM.
Plots still available on the East, West and North sides of the island and with only 11 total available plots for renters its not uncommon to be the only one around... it's not called 'Silent Paradise' for nothing!
The SIM is run and managed by a great couple who live in the center of the SIM and there are three residential general managers in case you have any questions or need help. IM owners Chris Ariantho or XxPuzzyKatxX Handayani, or you can try any of the three GM's being myself, Turbo Streeter, Mollyy Despres or Darcey Katscher.
