Ecstasy Realty now allows sub-leasing

Effective immediately, Ecstasy Realty allows sub-leasing of your parcel if you are on a mixed-use sim, such as Gladje or Ecstasy. Sub-leasing is still forbidden on Serene and Luxury. This change in policy means that now you may operate a condominium or apartment complex on a commercial sim, subject to prim restrictions.

However, please keep in mind that if the renter/lessee (you) fails to pay rent within the 3 day grace period, that all sub-lessees will be ejected without warning. Please act accordingly. The renter/lessee (you) is still liable for paying monthly rent. You cannot reassign the responsiblity for paying monthly rent.

Sales of parcels are still forbidden by Ecstasy Realty. The "no sales" policy is non-negotiable, so please do not ask about it.
