I've been running the sim for 6 months as a successful club with spacious home rentals and high-quality retailers. Traffic varies from 5000 to 10000 per day. No camping or bots have been used. The sim is currently fully operational, from Monday this will cease, however, if you are interested in continuing the sim in it's current state I can negotiate for staff and retailers to stay with the sim also.
