The tier you pay to any private estate company in Second Life (where's the TM whatsit gone again?!) should also include the service of an estate manager (or team of them). Ideally, it will also include some facilities too, right??
Cove Islands offers a service, community and facilities package that's great value for money, as well as some of the most beautiful and well managed land in game.
Service
What happens if you need a sim rollback at some point? What happens if you need a restart? Or if you need a griefer banning? What if you have any other kind of issue?
We have a team of Customer Service Representatives on hand round the clock in game (Beth Dale, Sinnamon Carter, M4TT Humphreys) as well a general manager (myself) and two owners who can be contacted. The CSRs can be contacted anytime you have an issue or problem, or even just a question!!
In addition, you are welcome to ask for assistance in the Coveislands Residents Group IM channel. Staff are also in this group and will respond!!

Community
Cove Islands residents benefit from a friendly community feel. Though our residents are spread across 30 sims, events and shared facilities means there is ample opportunity for everyone to get to know fellow residents!!
In addition, we hold a yard sale on the first Sunday of each month, where residents can take a space to sell their items completely free of charge. This is listed in events and as well as being a great way for people to get together, can also make our residents a bit of extra cash too!!
Facilities
Sandbox- The sandbox is a full prim sim and, although it is public access, building is restricted to resident group members only. The Land
Our residential land lies on either snowy or tropical sims! Take your pick. Typical prim bonus on our sims is 15%, though these go up to 30%!!!
Commerce and commercial land is all double prim and all parcels lie roadside in well organised business districts.
All our land is beautifully laid out and the residential sims in particular are landscaped stunningly.
Though typical purchase price is L$ 3/sqm, we currently have a number of parcels at just L$ 1 total and if you contact a CSR (named above) within 48 hours of purchasing a parcel from Cove Islands, we will match your first tier payment (up to a maximum four weeks). So on your initial payment you could get 8 weeks for the price of 4!
