Location: mature sim, no build guidelines (i.e. only medieval or fantasy buildings), can be either private sim or main land, beach prefered but not a must, edge or corner plot preferred.
Also: Full plot control (media stream, ban list, terraforming, etc) prefered.
I am very reliable, my store makes a steady income so you will always get your rent on the 1st of the month. Not a troublemaker, not running any lag-heavy scripts or weird particle emitters. If the place is right, you are looking at a long-term resident and not someone who will leave after one or two month.
