My business partner and I have recently gotten hit with the OpenSpace "kick in the pants" and we're looking to move sims before the upcoming tier increase. Here is what we're looking for, and what we're willing to offer to an interested party.
We would like to find someone with:
- A grandfathered Class 5, Voice Enabled Estate (tier @ 195 / month)
- Full Estate Rights
- Ability to transfer and rename upon fulfilling the buy price
Here is what we're willing to offer an interested party:
- $295 / month ($100 over the grandfathered rate)
- Over 'x' number of months, until the agreed buy price has been met
- After buy price has been payed, island will be transferred, and we will take full control
We're looking to settle an agreement and make the move from our OpenSpace sims as soon as possible, and will require a contract be made to insure the fulfilling of the agreement on both sides.
We're completely serious, and keep a tight 'No BS' mindset.
