On the German estate Germania we currently offer a lot of parcels for just 2 L$ per m2. The monthly fee for all parcels is 942 L$ per 512 m2.

With Germania Freetown in the center of Germania we are working on a free community sim where (non commercial) German groups may represent themselves without any land costs.

In the south we have a big sailing area consisting of various wonderfully designed sims.

Although the entire estate is dedicated to the German community, we would love to welcome any foreign speaker!
