Yes, you read correctly. ALL currently unused available rental land will be marked down to my cost (excluding profit, advertising and salaries), which is L$1.21 per square meter. Your monthly rent will never go up unless I send you a notecard, IM or email raising your rent with 60 days advance notice.
Why am I doing this ? I'm tired of looking at vacant land. Vacant land does me no good or anyone else for that matter. If you arrive at a parcel and the cost is above L$1.21 per square meter, I will personally reprice it for you. If I am not online at the time, please rent the parcel with the "Buy" button and I will refund you the difference between market price and the L$1.21 per square meter price.
Once all my vacant land is rented out, market prices go back into effect. Don't delay because you will miss out on great deals.
