Billing date: 19th of every month
I am asking $ 750.00 US. I will pay the $ 100.00 US transfer fees that Linden Lab charges. This way you have the option of moving the island wherever you want, change the name etc. at no additional charge.
The sim is currently filled to about 3/4 with paying tenants.
If you want to keep them, please say so. Else they will be evicted prior to sim transfer.
