Tier $195 due 19th of the month. I guess its a Class 4 region although I don't know how to tell. Performance is excellent. Currently fully rented but we charge very little, basically profiting $45 a month above tier. No individual parcels were sold, they are simply rented so we won't be defrauding anyone. We plan on notifying the tenants to clear their land when and if a sale is pending so the island will be empty upon transfer unless a prospective buyer has other ideas.
