Alpine Meadows is the latest themed private island development from Ecstasy Realty. The sim will be ready for leasing probably within the next 7 to 14 calendar days.

Alpine Meadows will be a wintry mountainous landscape with chalets for rent and business parcels also. There will be a working ski lift and a ski area. Businesses that cater to skiing, winter clothing, or mountain activities are strongly encouraged to lease. A small dance club or small shopping mall that can "blend in" with the wintry mountainous theme is acceptable.

Parcel sizes will all be 2048 square meters in size. Of course, business owners and residents may lease more than one adjoining parcel. All reasonable efforts will be made to keep down lag, and to maintain the overall wintry mountainous theme. Please read the Land Covenants thoroughly, since that is your lease contract.
