Taking offers for land in Miramare (City Sim - double prims)

Greetings,

Seeing the large interest in the new Bay City sims, I am actively taking offers for my plot in Miramare within the original city of Nova Albion, which is east of Bay City (look for the large quantity of Green dots - that is Miramare). The plot is a larger 1248m2 plot and with it's double prims, it can hold 571 prims. The northern border of the plot is along Miramare Bay, so you have a WHOLE SIM of protected land. Unlike the plots in Bay City - ALL EDGES ARE LINDEN PROTECTED.
