Greetings,

I am selling my former land (moving to my own sim) :

This parcel can be divided or joined, the land can be terraformed.

The scenery is tropical island, with nice neighbors and a friendly sim owner. The parcel is surrounded with protected water, one side being fit for sailing. Tier is paid to the sim owner not to me.

The tier is paid until May the 26th.
