It currently has tenants and pays its own tier. I am looking to sell because I cannot handle a RL job and an SL full-time job. Sim is currently in transition from commercial to residential, so lots of opportunity to make it what you want. Transfer includes all objects on sim or none; your choice. Remember, some objects are no trans so nada I can do about that, but there is not much no trans beyond existing buildings. Those I would happily put into a group to give you edit rights.
