sim of Axenfall has several new plot for rent. This is a class 5 sim on the new continent with two sides bordering on entire sims of Linden Protected water.
The plots are 1-2000 sq meters and can be combined. The sim gently slopes and common areas between plots have been made and trees planted to offer privacy so you don't have to use many prims as a screen.
The waterfront warf area is a quaint mostly invite only shopping district with the best in SL fashion showing their quality products. There is a small marina where you may use your prims to moor a small boat or rent more prims for one.
