This is a sim designed as a community for mature adult women who wish to rent a private parcel of beachfront land and can coexist with others within the environment provided. Only 9 lots are available. No overcrowding, the lots are completely private.
All renters have complete access to the inner portion of the sim via a personal canoe beside their own waterfall along with full usage of any of the sims attractions...The reef, scuba tour, gondola tour, nature trails, grottos, gardens, and the 3 dance floors.

The parcel rental prices are based on total prims that you decide you want for your own area. Minimum prim amounts are specified on each parcel.
