This is an excellent opportunity for a person or group of individuals who wish to occupy approximately one third of a sim of continuous Caledon land (don't let this opportunity slip by). The land in question surrounds Caledon Wellsian's cove inlet, and would offer incredible spaces for creative creations. The lots are double prim, meaning that there are twice the prims that would otherwise be available for a lot of that size. The land itself may be modified according to private estate limitations (+/-100 m), and there is a covenant for this Victorian Steampunk themed region.
Available lots are situated on a private inlet, and along a main Caledon waterway bordering Caledon Middlesea. This region is excellent for boating and sailing enthusiasts, yet some of these lots also afford considerable privacy.
We would like to first offer this land to those who wish to take up the majority of the lots for their creative purposes, however, if you wish only one specific lot, please let Elric Anatine know and we'll keep a list in the event that no one or group wishes to own such an expanse of continuous Caledon land.
Please note that lots will be cleared of personal effects upon acquisition and are not included in the transfer. At present you will find an Apothecary, Winter gardens (at the moment this region is listed in the Winterfaire Showcase), and a Winter wares shoppe on these lands. Not quite connected, but also available, is Glume Tower (a tall, narrow castle nearby).
