I'm a great tenant that is looking to buy or rent a full class 5 openspace sim (in anticipation of the higher prims)
Not looking to pay $20+ over the monthly tier cost or hundreds over the purchase price - looking for something a bit more reasonable. (if I wanted to spend what many are charging I would consider going through LL myself.)
Want the freedom that should come with an openspace SIM, but am willing to leave a LOT of open waterway.
I *am* willing to make it worth your (reasonable) while if you are an estate owner interested in picking up another openspace sim.
