I don't spend time in SL any more, so am looking to give up ~80% of the Linji and Peronaut sims.
The sims are quite nice -- some parcels with water access, some flat areas, some places with nice terrain that give pretty views.
Parcels are on sale now. I will drop prices ~weekly. Whatever is not sold by the time my next tier comes up, I'll just abandon to LL.
