I have two grandfathered homestead sims for sale or rent.
Trying to recoup some of the purchase price, or simply rent out to reliable tenants. The two islands are connected to each other, but not to anything else. If you choose to move the island, you pay the move costs. I can assist with building, terraforming, etc.. or leave you to play with it as you like. These islands are NOT zoned medieval, like other islands I own.
