The only catch is you have to share your water as well, and be a good neighbor. Almost everyone that comes to Windlite Estates stays, and the deal is about as good as it gets, 30000L / mo with no "Purchase Price" or up front fees. Looking for 1 residence per sim, residential only, but if you have a small/low lag shop (or anything else non-tropical) you can put it in the sky above 400m.
Just search the map for Karianas Reef or Clearwater Cove, If you like what you see just pay the deposit and send an IM to Shawwn Ballinger to arrange a prorated payment to the end of the current month. Limited teraform allowed as long as it leaves the water open.
