I'm leaving for four months, starting Sunday, and will be purchasing my own Sim when I return. I am looking for someone who will use the land well. You will be added to my Land-Owning group, and given almost all rights to the land. I will never reclaim this land as my own unless you voluntarily give it up. I will not restrict your prim, or space usage. There is no covenant, and so no rules beyond those of SL in general, and my own personal opinion of it being used in an acceptable manner.

The land will remain owned by my group, and you will not be given subdivide/join, sell, or similar abilities. All other abilities will be given. If intended for group use, additional roles will be created at your request. The land will be usable to you beginning Sunday, May 17 2009, at 12 Noon SLT.
