Our land rentals are not the cheapest in town, but we are among the very best for responsible management practices and daily personal service. We've been renting land for 3 years and have a long list of solid, loyal tenants. 95% of our business is referrals and we're always looking for more great tenants to join us.
Our land is strictly RENTAL - there is no phony "land purchase" with upfront fees. Your commitment to us is minimal. Pay monthly (or weekly) rental & that's it. Our land rules are flexible - you are provided normal land controls (edit, access, etc.) - sim management rights are also provided when renting 1/2 sim or more.
All residential sims are free-standing (no connecting sims) to assure maximum privacy and some are closed-gated so that only groups' members may enter.

4096m lots - 937 prims for $L 7,000 per month
8192m lots - 1875 prims for $L 14,000 per month
1/4 sim - 3750 prims for L$ 25,000 per month
1/2 sim - 7500 prims for L$ 45,000 per month (wait list only)
Sim #1: Our newest Class 5 regular sim has one 1/4 sim lot remaining. Land is grass & the lot is separated from other lots by high mountains... Ideal for gothic, gorean, roleplay or for those who just enjoy a natural surrounding. Businesses welcome.
Sim #2: This Class 5 sim has snow capped mountains which surround each 4096m or 8192m lot. Residential or light commercial use.
Sim #3: Mostly grassland, but can be snow covered... lots vary on up to 1/4 sim. Residential only.
