3- My Standard Land Covenants is among the most thorough in the virtual land leasing industry, if not THE most thorough. Yes, it looks like it was drafted by an attorney/lawyer/barrister. Three reasons for that: a- I want to tell you UPFRONT what to expect from me; b- I went to law school, and c- My father and brother are attorneys.

4- My 5 open space sims were all labelled UPFRONT as OSS. In the Land Covenants, there is a very clear warning about OSS: 31- Special Provisions for Open-Spaces Sims: WARNING: You are leasing land on an Open Space Sim. If you want to create high prim buildings, or want to use a lot of scripted objects on your land, this is not the right choice for you! (Contact an ER Estate Manager for other available parcels to meet your specific needs). Linden Lab has only certified this type of sim for non demanding use!

5- I care MORE about my reputation in SL as an ETHICAL BUSINESSMAN, than making money. Yes, of course, I want to make money, but MY REPUTATION is more important.
