NO harrassing your neighbors or altering their plots
NO being rude and nasty to people
Everything else goes! For a long time now we've been attracting more and more builders who want to build their own SIM or mini SIM and we've enjoyed watching it so much that's now our model.
Come, build that ninja village, cityscape, gothic castle, romantic island venue. Terraform your little heart out. The more prims you rent and the further in advance you pay, the lower we drop the price. We value stability in our tenants. Depending on your idea, we may be willing to add or subtract weather, invest in changing the entire terrairn texture on the SIM etc. We want you happy. Plus, it entertains us.
