Full Region 100000L$ no tier for first month

Urbana Spes will become available for whole region renting from 1st July. There is a purchase price of 100000L$ (non-returnable), this includes your first month's tier. You can purchase now to reserve it, but you cannot use the region (or pay the tier box) until the current tenants' contracts complete on 30th June 2008.
