I am happy to tell you that the answer is .. YES ..... infact we encourage real estate developers to add value and sell/transfer our plants with their land.
It's difficult to quantify how much extra value you are adding by using our plants ..... I guess it depends on how much landscaping, terraforming and beautifying you do.
The plants can be used to attract customers to your land (- beauty does seem in short supply in a lot areas of SL... lots of visual chaos, as we all know) with the option for the customer to either purchase the land with or without the plants.
Obviously we think beautifully landscaped and terraformed land should be sold at a premium price compared to non-landscaped, non-planted, land.
So...... Yes ....... landscape away, and of course use lots of our plants
to beautify and add value to your land and have no worries about selling/transferring our plants to your residents. That's why we include transfer permissionI hope this has clarified a frequently asked question.
