Transaction must follow the Linden Lab procedure as listed in the “Private Region (Island) Transfer Process”
To find the procedure go to http://www.secondlife.com - Go to the support tab – Go to Knowledge Base – On the Second Life Support Center page there is a search box in the top left corner. Type in “Private Region (Island) Transfer Process”. A list of articles will appear. Look for that article. It explains it all.
I PAY THE TRANSFER FEE, which includes allowing you to rename the SIM, placing it into a different Estate then mine and moving it to a different location on the grid that does not touch my Estate. You MUST rename, change Estate and move so it no longer touches my Estate.
Basically – you will be getting a regular SIM for over $100 less then you would pay if you bought it from Linden Lab. Why not save the money for EXACTLY the same product you would get buying from the land store.
You must be willing to go through the Linden Lab ticket process immediately with me – I will not “Hold” the sim.
I will require a down payment, with the balance taken by Linden Lab when the transaction is completed.
I have done this process before - and it is not as complicated as it might appear. I am simply selling off some of my excess SIMs - I just do not have the time in RL to manage them all anymore.

This SIM is currently empty. I will "Sell" the estate to you now - remember - full transfer does not occur until Linden Lab completes the transfer ticket which can take as long as 10 days. You can begin using the estate now. Terraforming, parceling, building. You WILL NOT have estate manager privileges until the actual transfer occurs.

TERMS - This is how the ticket will be written:
(your name) agrees to purchase Tweakville Cove SIM for $650.00 US (or L$178000).
A deposit of $150.00 US or L$(41000) has been paid to Doug Tweak. A balance of $500.00 US (or L$137000) will be taken by Linden Lab upon completion of the transfer by them.
Buyer MUST read the "Private Region (Island) Transfer Process" process and have appropriate credit.
Buyer agrees to open a ticket for their side of the transfer and supply the ticket number to me immediately.
Doug Tweak will place the Tweakville Cove SIM up for sale to the purchaser immediately for their use. Buyer will have terraforming, parceling, building permissions. Buyer will NOT have estate manager permissions until the transfer occurs. Reselling of parcels on land on the estate will be turned off until land has transferred by Linden Lab to you.
If BUYER does not complete their part of the ticket, does not have the proper credit setting with linden lab, causes the transaction to be postponed or canceled prior to transfer the deposit will not be returned.
