It is available for 30000L$ without resell rights or 85000L$ with resell rights. The tier is 850L$ per day paid into Manager rights for you and a named deputy. The covenant is minimal and there is no rental agreement, everything is in the covenant. The covenant that applies is the one under About Land, the one dispensed by the rental box may not always be up to date.
