Tiers are payable to me every month thereafter at the super rate of just 375 usd per month or equivlant lindens.
WITH THIS SALE THE OWNER WILL BE GIVEN ESTATE MANGER RIGHTS, YOU CAN MAKE YOUR OWN RULES, write your own covenaant ETC,,JUST DONT BREAK LINDEN TERMS OF SERVICE.
