There is water canals separating each area.
Tier rate per month:
2.1L$ per meter for parcels 4096m or more (8601L$ per month for 4096m)
2.6L$ per meter for parcels with less than 4096m (5324L$ per month for 2048m)
Contact Nicholas Mougin at time of purchase to have the land price reduced as necessary. Or if you chose purchase the land and receive the discount paid back to you later on.
