A friend of mine is selling one of her Sims. It is a Class 5 full sim. Grandfathered in at the lower $195/month land use fee.
My question is this. What would be a good price to sell a sim like that? What value would it be to someone to have their own sim in a couple of days and have a $195 per month class 5 full sim?
