I have slashed the price per meter on this lot to draw some customer flow to this, my latest SIM. You must IM me and I will reduce the price to L$8.9 on this one lot. I am usually on from 1400 to 2100 Second Life time (PDT) daily and most all of the weekend.

This lot is on the second SIM in the Little Andalucia Estate. It is a residential SIM that my wife and I own and manage. This is a great place for your home. We keep the place neat on the ground level and allow you to build to your hearts content above 400 meters. Please read the covenant to make life easier for both of us! We are all about good service and a great SL experience.
