Selling island bordering the Prim Hearts Amusement Park

Hi everyone!

I recently acquired a second island bordering my amusement park, but found that I just don't have enough time to develop it, so I'm being forced to transfer its ownership.

The sim, called Alameda Heights, is a new class 5 server. Transfer of ownership is complete. The buyer might either move the island away or keep it joined with Prim Hearts if it is PG.
